Welcome to SaveBolt! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SaveBolt mobile application ("App") provided by Momin Studio ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

As a user of SaveBolt, you agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Respect the intellectual property rights of content creators
• Not download content that you are not authorized to access
• Not use the App to violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the App
• Not use the App for any commercial purposes without our express written consent

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The App, including its design, code, and features, is owned by Momin Studio and protected by copyright laws and international treaties.

5. Content and Third-Party Services

SaveBolt provides access to content from third-party platforms. We do not control, endorse, or take responsibility for third-party content. Your use of such content is subject to the terms and policies of the respective platforms.

By downloading content from third-party platforms, you agree to comply with their terms of service and community guidelines. We are not responsible for any violations of third-party platform policies.

6. User Content and Privacy

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to the App. However, by using the App, you grant us a license to use, modify, and display such content as necessary to provide the service.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Download copyrighted content without proper authorization
• Use the App to distribute malware or harmful software
• Interfere with the App's operation or security
• Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

SaveBolt is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• MERCHANTABILITY
• FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• NON-INFRINGEMENT
• ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF INFORMATION

We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Momin Studio shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Damage to your device or software
• Any claims arising from your use of downloaded content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, for using the App.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to SaveBolt at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Momin Studio is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Momin Studio, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Momin Studio regarding the use of SaveBolt and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.

16. Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use SaveBolt. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the App.
